Yeah I downloaded it from the background. Tuesday night when it came out I started it and I Am Alive and a few other things. I happen to check on the download and see it switch from Shift 2 to the I Am Alive demo so I let that download then see it stick on 92% at 5537 or whatever. I cancel the download it goes as planned then bam it sticks there again. I'll try again with just leaving it on the download from the store.

Same here. PS3 freezes if I try to read the Autolog "News" tab, or call the XMB and start messaging while the game is loading/saving.

Sending my save to the cloud everytime I finish a session, just to make sure it won't go corrupt on me...

The game isn't terrible. It's just so damn hard. Maybe it's because that I am so used to arcade racing and not simulation. I am tempting to take on the challenge and play this game on my main account.

It is a fun challenge if you are looking for one. Really enjoyed the first and thought that list was rather easy. So I certainly did not mind them adding more difficulty. I don't have any doubts you can conquer it with some time spent.

Tried it the other day and it seems too hard. I was just getting much too frustrated playing it. I wish I liked it but I'll be sticking with arcade racers.
