Anyone heard if there is going to be a Saw III?

I'd like to see one but I doubt it. The films are done with and I don't see a good chance for a third game considering this and the poor sales/reviews of the first two. If Silent Hill Downpour sucks though, who knows. Konami may look for another survival horror series to sink money into.

Sometimes it's nice to play a game for something you're a fan of or passionate about;

I can say that the Gungrave game wasn't very great in any way, and some areas were really frustrating...

But I really loved the anime and thus loved the game, and would have purchased more than one.

I guess it's hard to tell if people are just being fans of the game, or fans of easy trophy sets these days.

Either way, what's it matter...I secretly want to play SAW and CSI games. Despite lack of quality, there are parts of those games that appeal to me and my PC-adventure game roots.


Seems like both games were developed by Zombie Studios, so, at least, here's what that teams been up to (according to the Wiki):

the only shitty movie was 4.
rigg should of NEVER been a main character ever.
the only thing that saved 4 from being a complete waste was the theatrical ending where it shows the hoff getting out of the chair. such a shame that was edited out in the unrated version.

I hope there will be a third game. The first game was kinda bad but atleast the 2nd one was actually decent.

If they did make a third one, I'd buy it. After it was used and cost $10 bucks just for the easy trophies.
