Overview:
Difficulty: Community Vote: Undetermined at this time My Opinion: 1/10 with a guide 2/10 without Time to 100%: 1-4 hours Offline trophies: 12 (7 4 1 )Online trophies: 0 Playthroughs needed: 1 Missable trophies: 7 Bugged trophies: None that I know of Cheats disable trophies?: No Cheats Episode 5: The City That Dares Not Sleep is the fifth and final episode for Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse. Like the majority of the other episodes this one is linear, although apart from the 1st act the game does have a central hub of sorts. There are 7 missable trophies although Episode 5 is possibly the easiest of the 5 episodes to get all the trophies in a single run as long as you have read the trophy descriptions. With a guide you can easily run through the game collecting trophies, but I highly suggest your first playthrough be without a guide to solely enjoy the story. If you're just here for the trophies then feel free to skip straight to the trophy guide and/or walkthrough. All the trophies in this game are missable with the exception of the story-related trophies. The list of missable trophies is as follows: The Unabridged Version For Insurance Purposes Genius in its Simplicity All the Old Familiar Places Like Battery Acid and Pickle Juice Fire Retardant Quiet on the Set This game is a bit more forgiving than others in terms of how quickly these trophies become missable, as several of them don't become missable until you have entered Act 4 even through they become obtainable during act 2. Any missed trophies can easily be acquired during a second play through especially since you know how to quickly advance the story. Step 1 Play through the game and pickup the 5 story related trophies and as many missables as you can, the game will be more enjoyable without a guide. Step 2 Play through the game a second time and pick up any missing bronze trophies.

Listen to them one at a time and use the turn table after the record stops spinning to listen to the second part of the record, the Eskimo record however has 3 parts and you need to wait till Max stops crying to start the next part; Just to be safe wait 15-30 seconds after it stops as several people have had problems getting the trophy to pop without doing this. For Insurance PurposesChecked out every object in Max's inventory Once you are in Max's Legs go to the tube marked with a box ( you cant miss going there as you need to go here to complete the game) and just examine every object in the room. Once Act 3 starts talk to the Flaming Max head in the brain room until the trophy pops Fire RetardantShot all of the Flaming Max spores Use the gun on the following Flaming Max heads that are floating around various areas (Thanks to Naulziator for putting together the list.) 1: Floating around Grandpa Stinky's delivery truck. 2: Floating around the Desoto Both 1 and 2 are easier to keep track of after you've taken the corn dog recipe from Grandpa Stinky (in which he leaves the scene). 3: In Max's Brain (Living Room) 4: In Max's Arm Control (Game Room) 5: In Max's Leg Control (Fitness Room/Gym) Quiet on the SetSnuck into the frame of Satan's documentary at least twice Talk to Satan twice on the roof of Bosco-Tech and choose the following conversation options: Go Mets, and Freelance Police. Not even remotely. If you figured something out on your own, you shouldn't have to give credit to someone else who also figured it out if that person figuring it out didn't help you figure it out. Otherwise, these guides would just be pages upon pages of crediting everyone else on the planet who also figured out how to do it.
