Problem whit doppel fluch

I have follow the guide to the letter.
The problem is that German needs to be a vampire when he goes to the Moles room. So I turn him to a vampire 1st then when I go to give Moles Dad the love letter I can't give it to him. Then How the hell I have supposed to have this trophy!! Doesn't make any sense.
