survival wave glitched

everytime i get a phone call the blue target never shows up ive done 16/26 any help would be appreciated. also i've deleted the patch and reinstalled, hopefully it isnt my save data

That same thing happened to me a bunch of times as well. The good news is it shouldn't be permanent. Shutting down the console and restarting seemed to do the trick, even if it doesn't work the first time, it will ev entually. I believe I rebooted the PS3 at least three times dealing with this issue. The game just tends to be buggy in general, whether it be weird "X's" blacking out my screen during Genki activities or not being able to hit triangle to grab people as shields.... the list is pretty long.

I just platted last night and survivals were my last thing. They are a pain not cause of the actual fight but the phone calls.

I found that if i did not move when on the phone the blue target showed up. So when you answer cell phone dont jump into a car in order to get there just stand and wait for the blue target then leave.

Anybody know how to get the survival calls to come faster? I'm only at 10 and have completed everything else in the game. I found that taunting people help but it's moving at a snails pace

Try car surfing for a while, then when you fall off, you will get a call about 50% of the time. At least, that's what happened for me. It might help speed it up a little.

Be on foot, avoid notoriety (any) and you should be fine. Call comes about after 2-3 minutes.

Had this issue as well but luckily not until I was on my last survival to platinum. Finally got it to show up but had to reboot a few times.
