Woodpecker theft glitch maybe

So I have all the vehicle thefts done but stealing the woodpecker airplane and the first time I did it the plane ran into a hellicoptor and I had to restart well anyway everytime I start up that theft the plane is already destroyed so I don't know what I can personally do here anyone got any ideas on how to get this theft done

each of the stationary Vehicle get destroyed if don't find them right away just keep restarting. Stationary Vehicle are always in the same spot! and be near the same spot when restarting

Just keep restarting the theft. Preferably when you're at the place where you have to grab it already.

all i did was snip the guy by the pane and once i got into the plane and in the air all i did was spin the whole time so the snipers could not lock onto me
