You get them either at the military base or when you get a high enough wanted level. You can either do the thefts when you have stag in the city or just keep it in your garage for later. It is in the humantarian aid strand of thefts.

You also get one at the end of the game, but if you use that you lose it, and it is a pretty sweet vehicle IMO

Ok I get it they are both available thorough thefts, the condor, as this is an aircraft, can this not be saved at a garage?

The condor will always be there in the park wherever you are at in the game (as long as the theft is active.)

I get it now, cheers mate! Do the n Forcer theft before finishing the story and make sure I save it in the garage before delivering one in case I need one later. Think I will ensure I do all the challenges without taking over any territories as well as there seems to be quite a few things that can be missed.

The problem is. If you complete every mission, there's no STAG left, meaning no N-Forcer. You SHOULD get one automaticly placed in your garage when you finish the story, but some people have reported it's not in their garage, meaning they can't get it anymore.

You can however, get one by doing the Condor theft, since that'll spawn STAG, even if you've completed all the story missions. Or you can use co-op.

The savest option ofcourse, is completing this theft before finishing the story.
