I'll go with a 3, nothing too much difficult just grind a lot

3 not too hard but it take too long to clear all mission and boost CP to gain 1000 ATK

Also 3, since you can play the hard levels with powered up chars it makes them easier. As the others said, just grind to reach attack power 1000 then go nuts

voted 7, the few challenges which are in God difficulty are hard a feck. The big bang attacks take away a tiny bit of life from a gold saint and you die in no time. Even with my Andromeda Shun level 50+ wiath max energy, max defense, max upgraded nebula storm and rolling chain i cannot beat it

Game's kind of difficult on the first run, but completing Mission Mode afterwards leaves you with tens of thousands of points to boost your characters. Clothless Shun breaks this game, when he's maxed out his nebula storm allows him to clear missions with A rank requirements of 70 minutes in only 20 and can destroy most any boss in record time. I managed to beat one in 11 seconds. Then you've got other broken dudes like Shura, Aiolia, and Saga to fall back on.

None of the missions are very hard and fighting on the Roads just gets tedious. It's all fairly easy, especially after dumping some CP into getting the skill which allows infinite continues.

If I could reconsider, I would vote a 4 now instead of a 7. The God challenges becomes very easy using the famous 3 items with Phoenix Ikki and using his flaming Phoenix attack. However, I prefer Andromedas chain attack, which homes in on targets.

I voted 4:
the game is pretty easy once the cosmo points start flowing consistently and otherwise I would have voted a 3, but the first playthrough at normal is rather tough.

i voted 4
after the platinum I can say the only hard part is Shiryu only close range attack even if i maxed some stat he remain weak the fight against capricorn shura is a nightmare
another problem is find the right time for galaxian explosion big bang but it's nothing compared to the dragon gameplay
the game is very good

Oh man galaxian explosion, I started my first walkthru on hard and it was a real pain to beat Gemini with a level 1 Shun
