Easiest method for Five-A-Day trophy

lol i used 2 dualshock and 2 guitar hero controllers (along with the move of course) cus i dun have more than 2 dualshock controllers xD much faster than switching the assigned controllers option. :P

Can someone provide more instruction or a video on how to obtain this trophy? I have two Dualshocks and 1 Blu ray remote. I've tried a combination of all three in various permutations and have yet to have more than three sackboys appear at the end. I've done this at least thirty times without any success.

I totally forgot about that, I will be testing that later, I wasn't able to do it with only two dualshock controllers and the move. 3 should make it a little bit easier! ;D

Here's how I finally unlocked it: I set my Blu ray remote to Channel 6 in the XMB before I started the game. (Controllers were Channels 1 and 2 and Move was channel 7.) I turned all the controllers except 1 off and played through the level with CONTROLLER 1. When I was launched up toward the exit and SAW THE TEETH (This is really important) I paused the game. Then, I turned on CONTROLLER 2. When I was sure it was on, I unpaused the game. I set Controller 1 down. I chose Guest for Controller 2. Then, I IMMEDIATELY held the PS button down until the controller settings appeared. I changed the controller number to CONTROLLER 3. I chose Guest again. Then, I IMMEDIATELY turned on the Blu ray remote (which turns on almost instantly) and chose Guest. That unlocked the trophy.

Now that I think about it, I believe *after* I changed Controller 2 to 3, but *before* I chose Guest for CONTROLLER 3, I turned on the Blu ray remote. (Not sure that matters...)

Another thing: If you have any PS2 controllers lying around, you could buy an adapter (I have this $4 adapter:

) and use your old PS2 controller as a wired PS3 controller. Play through the level with the wired controller and turn on the others at the end of the level.



I'm pretty proud to say I aced all the levels and unlocked all the trophies by myself.

tnx for the tip, got it to pop last night. used a 2nd controller, bd remote (changed to ch6) & a gh guitar. i was able to pop the 4 players @ the end of the level but the game only reg a score of a 1 player game after acing it 2 times. what i had to do was spawn all four characters at the point below the elevator and moved them up one by one to it & once the 4th one was up there, they went up and once they landed five a day popped then. might add done by just me w/ the move controller held against the right side of the controller.

I still don't get how to do this. I make it to the end, right where the thing bounces me up, and while I'm flying I press , then change my controller to 2, pick guest, then 3, then guest, then 4, guest, then 5, then guest? Or I pause by going to xmb, or do I change it from 1 to 5 THEN pick guest?

Every time I've tried this so far it hasn't worked. I only manage to spawn one more, maybe two, and they spawn back before the jump and I die..

Method not clear, I just waited for a friend to come with 2 extra controllers than got it with 4 pads + 1 move.
