I just tried to drive to Saarbrucken but there is a gate in the way that I can not go through and is a "suspicious" zone. What gives?

I haven't seen terror squads in black and white areas, are there any places where they spawn much?
Freeing the civilians , i have done it a few times, and each time i see a nazi harrassing people i kill them. But i can't seem to find terror squads...

Terror squads is nothing to do with this thread/trophy. They show up late on in the game & at high alarm levels.

My bad,
thought it had to do with those groups of nazis that line up civilians on their knees.

i found this 1 best done by saving a few between each missions cause they only respawn a few times, the most respawns i got were 4 then they didn't appear again even after 10 mins of driving 3 streets over and back quite a few times

this also happens in colored areas. just fire a shot; raise suspicion with civilians around. don't raise an alarm (keep yellow. Tip: turn your back). so because the nazi is suspicious, he will start to beat civilians.

I was able to get my civilian saves in saarbrucken, as previously mentioned the spot is when you frist enter sarrbrucken just north of the the first crossroad you will find a block with a few dirt paths going through it. I found that there were a few spawn points for nazi's harrassing civilians and they were at both ends of the dirt paths on the actual street. Hope this helps.

Got mine in Saarbrucken as well. Fortunately I only had 6 to go when I do. If you just run around on the 3 roads that form a triangle once entering town, you should get a few oppurtunities.
