Looking for RB3 partners

Do you have a headset? If not, I suppose a mic will do - it just makes it easier to co-ordinate an online session if you have a headset.

I'm also looking for some players for casual fun and some odd trophies. I have around 100 DLC songs, including Red Hot Chili Peppers, Iron Maiden, Queen, The Doors, Ozzy and RB1 packs. Prefer playing expert guitar/bass, have also keyboard but haven't touched it yet .

But if you're hoping to get "HOPO-cidal" playing casually you really have a very LONG way ahead!

I too was under the impression that I could get this trophy just playing the game normally, like I've been doing since RB1. After months playing RB3 I did't got to 20k HOPOs.

Then I started playing Less Talk More Rokk 4-8 times each day, along with other HOPO intensive songs like Green Grass and High Tides.

There were some days that I ended up playing "Less Talk" more than 10 times in a row... after a while you don't even bother listening to the song, or complaining about it, you just engage auto-pilot.

LOL, I had to laugh at that. I'm currently at 24k HOPOs, playing casually... but I have played Less Talk More Rokk twice now.

It's not that the song is bad, I actually enjoy Freezepop, but it's quite repetitive and there's no real instruments, just synthesizers, so it becomes annoying pretty quickly.

But the only other song that I could get that many HOPOs (about 700) was Green Grass and High Tides (over 1000 each time), but GGaHT is harder and longer, so the average of HOPOs per minute is better on Less Talk More Rokk.

I tried that Green Grass song once, had to quit out after a couple of minutes. I was missing most of the HOPOs, so it was pointless trying it. I can at least get 90% on Less Talk More Rokk, and the HOPOs are fairly good training too.

Anyone who wants to play some online can add me too. I have every Rock Band game exported (Rock Band, Rock Band 2, Lego: Rock Band, and Green Day: Rock Band) and I also have a reasonable amount of DLC. I'd like to play online, but I just can't stand playing with randoms because of how the online works in this game.

I'll add you guys once I have again time to play (sorry, a bit of a tight summer schedule). I agree, randoms are pain. I'd like to get all positions filled but always end up with an impatient ones or some who are insistent on taking the guitar role and playing on medium or something

I prefer Pro Drums or Vocals, but definitely not Keys. I can play most songs on Expert, although there are a couple of songs that just piss me off rotten o.O
