My hubby and I worked together to get this one afternoon. We did it on medium guitar. He can play expert, but I'm a drummer, medium/hard is my max for guitar. We just switched back and forth every 10 songs or so, then whoever was not playing could go do whatever and no one got too tired. Wasn't too bad, bit of a pain playing non stop for 6 hours, but I'm glad we got it done.

I'm in high school so I have all summer off so i just played the endless setlist the day after i unlocked. i played on expert bass so i got all 4 endless setlist trophies and the platinum. i can play every song on expert guitar but theres no way after 6+ hours of expert that i could beat visions panic attack and painkiller without failing.
also change your batteries before u start, i know a lot of ppl already said that but i 4got and failed 5 hours into the setlist becuz my batteries ran out. i started from the beginning rather then playin the whole 6 1/2 hours twice.

I was thinking about doing it for a very long time.
But only after I got trophy-addicted I took the time to get all the other trophies. So there was no excuse anymore, I just had to go for the platinum. I tought about doing all the trophies at once, on Expert Bass. But my wife couldn't play at Expert at most of the songs, and I couldn't risk getting nervous and failing at Visions or Panic Attack after 6 hours playing it. So I decided to go light and do the BoS on Medium Guitar, taking shifts with my wife. Then I could face Expert Bass without pressure. It was a nice friday night, 8pm, that I look at my wife and said "Let's do the BoS now?". She asked me if I was ready to stay up until 2am, because she definetely couldn't. I said that she could sleep on the couch, next to me, and if I REALLY need to go to the bathroom, I would wake her up. We started pretty relaxed, doing 10 songs each. I went to the bathroom, grabbed a snack. We were only afraid about accidentaly pressing Start or the PS button or the power failing on us. We kept taking pictures to document our adventure. Around the 60th song, she just fell asleep on the couch and I kept playing alone, in the dark, with the sound of the game real low. It was pretty boring, since it was Medium Guitar. Again, my only fear was that the power went down on the building. At Boddhysatva, I used the BRE to go to the bathroom real fast, without waking my wife. I finished after 2am, recorded a movie of the trophy popping up, took some pictures, woke my wife and we went to bed. The next morning my wife went to work, I woke up at 9am I decided to do the Expert trophy at 10am. I was playing pretty relaxed, pausing whenever I got hungry, thirsty or needed to go to the bathroom. At around 13 or 14pm a friend of mine came to visit me, I let him playing the Bass (we used to play together before I got married, so he's a OK player) while I did lunch. He didn't failed at any song, luckly. After a while he went away and I kept playing alone. At about the 80th song my wife came home, just to see me got my best performance at Battery on Expert Bass ever (98%, 5 stars). So I was pretty good at fast strumming at that moment. Then along came Visions and the impossible just happened to me, I passed that song on my very first attempt! After that it was pretty easy, since Panic Attack and Painkiller aren't that hard on Bass. My wife made a movie of me finishing the ESL2 and getting the platinum. I was very tired, because I just had played +12hours of RB2 in the last 20 hours... but I was real happy. It was New Year's Eve just gone, and I had the house to myself. I started at 10.30pm or so and finished at like 4am or whatever? I did it on Expert Guitar... I didn't expect to do it in one go, but I gave it my best shot. I had only ever passed Visions once before the ES2 run, so when I got towards the end and I hadn't failed I got really nervous. I almost failed on Chop Suey as that's a shit song for me, and I came close on Bodhisattva. I just blagged through STTP, Peace Sells, Battery, etc. and when it came to Visions I couldn't believe I managed it, my wrists were screaming at me. Panic Attack was so close, odd riff nearly owned me, as did the solo. When it cmae to Painkiller I just downed the drink I had with me and hoped for the best. Had a few close calls but managed it as I don't find the song that bad. Was so, so happy to get all 4 trophies, then the big Platinum, simultaneously

I actually did this seperate from my expert run. I played my expert run over 3 days, but one day I had the house to myself for 6 hours, so I ran through on medium vocals. I accidently unplugged the HDMI cable on song 83, but luckily, unlike any other instrument on Visions, vocals is so easy you can just talk through it, and I got the HDMI chord back in no problem for Painkiller. It was a pretty fun thing for me. Since I was on vocals, I was able to take a break for Give It Away minus the last phrase. Vocals is definately the easy way out as long as you can sing on medium.

On a lazy Saturday, I devised a plan. Me and my brother would do 10 songs each, and then swap over. He did the last 4, and then it was over. This gave us both loads of time to get our strength back, eat, use the bathroom and so on.

My girlfriend needs to go away for a week for work later this month. I'm thinking of trying it one morning then. There's no way she'd let me finish this without interrupting me while she's here.

Myself and another person made the foolish mistake of trying for the platinum artist AND bladder of steel trophies at the same time.
All I can say is a milk jug is your best friend lol! It sucked too, we went all night, and failed on Panic Attack! What is that? 83-84 done and failed panic attack!!!! So I had to to it again, but by myself this time and on normal.
