Any tips for the idol escort?

I can't get by the fourth room(or was it the third), the room that is 2 rooms before finish. I totally get raped and now used the escape hex after failing alot to go and grind a bit. Where will that leave my statue and any tips?

Well, I don't remember every escaping the mission once the idol is in motion, I hope you don't go back and the idol is one shot away from death.

The best tips I can give are, take care of enemies that can shoot. Most of them are standing on raised colums and such. Put yourself in front of the idol as to draw fire away from it. Don't be afraid to use hero actions. Go all out.

If you make it to the boss with the idol having 1/4 HP of less, it will be killed and game over. However, you can choose to restart boss fight with full bezels, which also fully heal the idol, which makes the boss fight a cake walk.
Be warned though: restarting with full bezels will cost half of your rubies. If you have like 100,000 it'll be ok, but if you have been grindan and have like half a mill, you might not want to fight the boss till you spend some of that money.

It costs me 50k to refill the hero cauge, i only have 40k

I thought it was half your rubies. I guess it has a minimum. It's stil not bad, you can make that money back in no time at all. If it will get you through this bullshit chapter, then it's a small price to pay.

Well i got past in one try without paying anything, seems like when you sue the escape hex the idol goes back to the very beginning in full health.

Hmm. that's good to know. Congrats on passing it. That is prob one of the more frustrating chapters, I swear lol.

Molotov cocktails are your friend.I got past it on my first try by using them and using hero actions of course.It's funny though coz that seemed like a hard part and yet I get killed in some of the eaiser battles.
