What is the highest online rank?

I was wondering what the highest online rank is you can get.
Is this 50 or more?

Don't know, I got to level three and sent it back to Gamefly. LOL.

I am pretty sure the highest rank is 40, although I didn't stay in very long because the multiplayer is atrocious.
