same issue, pre order from amazon, used code, got multiplayer bonus, no screen lock image or avatars. boo!

yeah i only got the multiplayer boost code and i pre ordered from amazon. when i called amazon about it they had no idea what was going on and seemed clueless and told me it i would have to call sony about it. the launch for this game has been terrible. i know of no one who has received the proper pre order bonuses and now i know why they gave a gold trophy for the multiplayer match, because it was so hard to get connected into a game! i really was hoping for better

yeah sad thing is I work at gamestop and been trying to tell people we dont know why they didnt pop up. On a plus side they did fix the multiplayer.

At first it looks like nothing happened, but my avatars were on my downloadlist. And for the background, I get pop up message says to visit a website with the vita to download it.

it tells you to download the avatars with your ps3, and the wallpaper with said url.

Amazon sent me an e-mail today regarding my pre-order bonuses for Burning Skies. A day or two after trying my code, I brought the issue up to customer service and they investigated the matter. It's possible they sent them out to everybody who pre-ordered Burning Skies, but I have no way of knowing that.

I got the screen unlock for free and didn't even pre-order the game. Good for me, bad for those that pre-ordered thinking they were going to get something.
