It's not that bad

From my first impressions, I can gladly say it's not that bad. The levels arnt super exciting and the lack of music is awkward. But blasting through chimera is fun. The graphics are so so and the guns sound alright. But it's not as awful as some claim. I would say for fans of the series, pick it up. For people on the fence, maybe wait for a price drop. What does everyone else think of the game?

I think the graphics are decent, not as good as golden abyss. The sound could be better. Those arent too big of an issue with me. The controls are fine, just need to get use to it a little. As for mp, i have no idea because i cant connect for the past hour. That does suck because thats what i was looking forward to. And i didnt see anything for inviting friends to join a party.... Or maybe im blind. This game is so so. Nothing more

i expected the graphics to be better but the game is pretty good for fans of the series i think. multiplayer is ok but i was expecting more from the vita on that front. im hoping that shooters with mp a little later in the gen are better. i know i shouldnt call this a release title but i am.

I believe in order to play with friends you just have to all be in a party from the vita party chat thing and then you can go play together.

Im only about two levels in or so I guess anyways. I think it is good. Been a fan for along time. The game reminds me kinda of r1 when you go back and play it after playing some newer. It seems to be lacking the "pretty picture", but I am fine with that. Like I said I have only played a little of the game as of right now. I cant wait til I have the time to sit down and finish it.

Agreed this game is awesome, they really captured R:FoM atmosphere.

Well that sounds like a personal problem. You should have played on a harder difficulty level.

Yup. It's actually quite fun. Granted I'm only a short ways in but I enjoy the Greytech upgrading system and the controls, while a little awkward at first, aren't too bad after a while. Hopefully the MP works soon enough and is decent, or else it will collect dust once Gravity Rush comes out.
