How can I take this piece of gray tech in the Cooperative Campaign?

When you play the Co-Op campaign (Or Online Co-op as its also called) you'll come across some elite chimera, who have some red stars above thier head. When you kill them, they drop the Grey Tech.

I haven't played this in a while, so someone else might have a more detailed explanation for you..

Also know that Grey Tech is spread among the players. I believe there are ribbons for getting the actual grey tech yourself.

So, If someone grab that grey tech I also get it?

Yes! That's how I got my trophy. You need to be in a close proximityto the person picking it up though. If you are nowhere near them you won't get it
