I get the feeling that this will be like late 08/early 09, with Resistance dropping in the former, and Killzone in the latter, though the roles may be possibly reversed. I certainly hope so, because I want Resistance to be Halo-challenging, which it wasn't in my opinion, while Killzone was pretty much already there.

Regardless, I won't have the time to plat Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 before the "threes" start dropping...

Sorry to spoil your fun guys but this image has been out ages and it looks kinda dodgy. Check the angle of the Resistance 3. It's not straight.

I remember a thread back in 09 that had this image.

Why? They're not not that hard. R2 is semi-time consuming while K2 just takes dedication, hell I only spent like four days on it and got all the online trophies.

Not to mention that billboard was already explained, it was a long-term investment advertisement, suppose to be in a movie coming out in 2011 which would idealy be around the same time the game is coming out.
Also, do you lack depth perception? The billboard is on a titled angle, so I would hope that the writing on it would be titled.

Also just realized the billboard has the new PS3 logo, which if I recall this picture came out before the new logo/boxart did?

The whole ad placement in a movie coming out next year is pretty crafty though.

Also want Resistance 3! Resistance 2 was my first FPS and I love it, I prefer it over Modern Warfare and Killzone 2. I don't mind if there's another 10k kills trophy.

Insomniac is a first party owned Sony developer, they knew about logo redesign way before we did.
