Uninstalling then reinstalling the game will make zero difference to your stats as everything is stored either on the R2 servers or in your saves .

Just want to clarify this step. Do we beat that part of the level, or simply save and exit out? I thought I had unlocked superhuman but I was mistaken. Thanks!

OMGWTFBBQ was the last trophy I needed for platinum, so here's what I did to get it:

I uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it while remaining signed OUT of PSN. Upon firing up the game, I was asked if I wanted to install the patch, but chose NO. Once I got to the main menu, I loaded up the last checkpoint in Chapter 1 on Difficult, then beat it and advanced to Chapter 2. Then I quit to the title screen, loaded up the last checkpoint of Chapter 2, and rinsed and repeated until I'd completed every level on Difficult, thereby unlocking Superhuman difficulty. Finally, while still playing offline, I loaded up the last checkpoint of the last level, this time on Superhuman, finished it on my 2nd attempt, and was rewarded with the OMGWTFBBQ and Platinum trophies.

So yes, it's still very possible, provided that you remain offline while doing so and don't install the patch.

2. Start up R2 and do not patch (stay offline in PSN)
3. Go to Load Level and load the LAST checkpoint of every level on Hard difficulty.
4. Superhuman will be unlocked.
OMGWTFBBQ Trophy
5. I went STRAIGHT to load level again, the Last checkpoint of the very last level Dadeleus and superhuman option will be available.
6. ALL you have to do is just beat this very last checkpoint once; which takes 4 minutes ; and the gold trophy will pop!!

Ridiculous^ why didn't I do this! I was just checking to see if I had to play the whole last chapter or last checkpoint. Haven't patched the game since I got it
