Hopes for this game

Who here think this game will succeed or fail?

Im still on the fence here, at first i was a hater of this hibryd Third Person shooter with Resident Evil elements but more shooter than RE and hated for messing with the Resident evil world but now i say fack it maybe it will be cool to play a third person shooter with those RE elements since im a big a fan of the series, sure its a shooter at least it isnt an FPS.

Still i dont like the idea of Umbrella specs ops against Government Spec Ops but whatever lets wait and see its just a spin off

There is even a game mode for fans called heroes mode

I still dont know if it will be a good game maybe not, too bad there wont be a beta or demo (lets hope for a demo at least)

I don't really think you can say much about the game. I wouldn't call it "the next installment" or anything. It's more of a treat for RE fans. Go kill some of your favorite enemies, or even some main characters if you like. This has nothing to do with RE plot wise. It doesn't really give anything new nor is it supposed to.

You can't compare it to any of the other numbered games because this is just an offshoot. An AU to be treated as a "Just for fun" sort of deal. I don't know why people are trying to take it so personal. It's like a fanfic for RE, but a video game.

I like zombies, shooters, and killing people I never thought I'd be able to. Sounds like a trip to me.

I think if people step back and let go of the whole "it's not a survival horror game" argument this game has a good chance of succeeding so long as it has sound gameplay.
