Great job This sure will come in handy while I'm doing my second playthrough right now. So far, I've used your walkthrough and everything is still ranked an A! Personally missed two notes somewhere along the way, so no 100% case on first playthrough xD

EDIT: The notes were from comparing the bullet from Carlos' gun to Ringo's gun Re-did that and re-submitted the indictment to get the "A closed case" trophy.

Eureka! The problem was a typo, at the end it should be "Compare Bullet casing with Carlos's gun". This gave me two notes.

It's funny, because I had %100 when I went through to fail all QTEs, then when I needed all notes, I was tuck with 43/45. Had to do another playthrough just to find that out (and get the last trophy).
