Field: Vital Field (Small)
1) Sieghart (Front Middle)
2) Leonhardt (Front Left)
3) Leonis (Front Right)
4) Dyshana (Back Left) <--- Magic Assault
5) Alice (Back Right) <--- Magic Heal/Assualt
6) Ellis (Back Middle) <--- Magic Heal

Reasons:
1) Combinations between Alice and Ellis is useful and powerful
2) 3 Guys at front with 3 powerful healing magics for support
3) All characters can equip "Heal" which can be useful for gaining SP
