after I'll finish whole game in the nightmare can I get trophies in easiest level?thx for reply

Yes you can, just read the stickied Guides in the Rage Forum for how to get any trophies you may get stuck on .

Since my question is very similar:

Soo if I have an old save, can I load that up and change the difficulty, for the kill X enemies with Turret/RC car Etc. avoiding a secound playthrough?

Providing you've already got the Difficulty trophies and the one for Obsessive Compulsive you can .

If you change the difficulty from nightmare to anything else without finishing it first, then you will not be able to platinum the game as nightmare completion is one of the trophies.
