when your done with wellsprings main missions you get to go to a subway town about 5 hours into the game

I totally lucked out on this one. I know that if you complete the mission without finding the room, you become locked out of the distillery. I completely forgot about it and left, but luckily remembered before turning in the bottles (and ending the job), so I was able to re-enter the distillery and find this.
