Road Map:

Introduction:

Quizball Goal is a quiz scenario game where the user is placed into a match with the aim of winning the game with as many goals as possible. You can succeed in this game by winning every tackle, scoring every goal and saving every shot, with the difficulty of questions ranging from easy to hard. You have to be astute and knowledgeable to succeed in this game. With 100's of questions you will be kept busy for some time and in Quizball Goal's premier mode World cup, it will keep you busy for even longer.

Step 1:
For the first step you will want to venture into World cup mode which is where the bulk of your time will be spent, as you will need to play as all 8 countries equally to get three trophies.

Step 2:
As the World cup mode doesn't have a specific difficulty option, you will need to play Quizball Goal's exhibition mode, where in the corresponding menus you will have the option of choosing either easy, normal or hard difficulty. I would suggest picking normal as you will get all but one difficulty related trophy on normal, Football Einstein must be played on hard. If you have a laptop or an Internet enabled hand held device handy, then use Google as it will make every single question easier.

Tip:

Don't use the button to pause the game as the timer will tick down for the question, instead press which will allow you enough time to find the answer for the appropriate question.

Step 3:
Online, even though there is only one online trophy, you will need to venture into the option twice as quiz match mode is placed in the online option, you will need a second controller to start quiz match.



Hat Trick
Score three goals in the same match on normal or hard difficulty with the same player.

This trophy should not pose any sort of problem for you, unlike any other football game you don't play with multiple buttons but just the one (in questions you need all four face buttons). When you have the option to shoot on goal take it and use the easy way of answering the question (Google), what you want to do is keep a quick note of which player scored and score twice more for the hat trick.


World Cup Champion
Win the World Cup with 4 teams.

See World Cup Master.


World Cup Master
Win the World Cup with 8 teams.

You will want to choose World Cup and, unlike the real world cup, you will only need to face three opponents. The opponents are not difficult but who you actually choose to be. The teams are:

• England
• Spain
• Italy
• France
• Germany
• Brazil
• Japan
• USA

The question can prove difficult if you know nothing about that country. In my experience the questions given about Italy are mostly about the World Cup, whereas Japan are all about the world of football.


Nerves of Steel
Win on penalty kicks during extra time on normal or hard difficulty.

I suggest when kicking off you keep the ball near your defence and continually pass between your defenders. In the second half attempt to tackle and keep the ball until the timer has elapsed (choose 2 minute halves for the quickest possible match) and you're forced to play extra time. The penalty shoot-out will work exactly the same as the game, question correct and you score and save, incorrect and you miss or your penalty is saved.


On Tour
Play an online match.

I personally had some trouble connecting, until I used my backup PS3 and connected rather quickly. If the game keeps searching, then you will not connect. I suggest using the Stickied Boosting Thread: Trophy Boosting Thread (Read First Post!)


Destroyer
Win a match by a margin of at least five goals at the normal or hard difficulty.

If you have listened thus far about using Google, then the next few trophies should be a breeze. Without really trying I achieved this trophy in my second game, winning 9-0, as I went for every tackle near the opposition goal and getting all the questions correct. If you fail to score 5 more than your opponent, just keep trying as the difficulty needs to be normal or hard.


Brick Wall
Win the World Cup without letting a single goal in.

I suggest using the defensive method I suggested in nerves of steel, you shouldn't have any problems with this trophy, just score one or two goals and keep the ball until the match has finished.


Football Scholar
Answer five questions correctly in a row in Quiz Match mode on normal or hard difficulty.

You will find quiz match mode in the online option but will not take place online, you just need need two controllers. Use Google, the best advice possible, if you happen to mess up one of the questions in the five, don't quit just keep going as the tackles you may have made will contribute towards the Meeeedic!!! trophy.


Football Einstein
Answer all questions correctly in a single player match on hard difficulty.

This is the only trophy you will need to play on hard difficulty alone. Take every question slowly and most importantly use Google and the "keep the ball trick". I achieved this trophy after getting two questions correct, one to score and the other to get the ball back.


Quiz Trick
Answer six questions correctly in a row on normal or hard difficulty in a single player match.

I'm personally not sure if it's able to unlock both Football Einstein and Quiz trick in the same game, I'd like someone to check to clarify. As Football Einstein requires you to get every question correct, whereas quiz trick is just about six. These could work simultaneously.


Full Speed Ahead
Score a goal within 15 seconds from match start on normal or hard difficulty in a single player match.

This can be either luck or skill, I achieved it with a little luck. I moved the ball forward and was able to score in 14 seconds but after being awarded the trophy I was able to score at a mere 4 seconds. With a specific power-up (that I will mention in Meeeedic!!!) which will allow you to shoot from anywhere on the pitch. I just happened to find that power-up at the start of the match.


Keep on Fighting
Score in the last five seconds of a match on normal difficulty.

If you keep actually trying to get this trophy you will get tackled as regardless of the difficulty the opponent will always try to tackle you. I suggest moving the ball between your players and going to shoot with at least 7 seconds left. The clock will count down when the ball is travelling through the air either to be saved or become a goal.


Meeeedic!!!
Performed 100 successful tackles.

When you're not in possession you have one of two tackle options to retrieve the ball. The first will require you to press when the option is highlighted and if the word is written in green, you will have an easy question, in orange it's normal and red is hard. Both the orange and red will count the difficulty related trophies.

The second and less often option will only occur if you have selected to play with power-ups, one of which will allow you to either shoot from anywhere on the pitch whilst in possession and tackle anywhere if the opponent has the ball. The power-up should look like a ball, I don't have a picture but hopefully you will be able to find it.
