What do I have to do to get certain trophies?

I seem to be getting 'Well Balanced' in the game but I don't get the trophy. I also follow the instructions on how to get the 'Perfect Sneak' trophy but it doesn't pop.

Am I doing something wrong?

EDIT

Scratch that, I got the 'Light on my feet' trophy. You have to be fast actually. Thought it was okay to go slow and steady.
