problem with connecting online with community

hello.
i am dealing a weird problem with my pes 2012 and i don't know what to do in order to solve it.
when i try to sign in to the community online to play a message appears on my screen saying to me.......
you cannot play this feature due to the restrictions that occur from the router you are using.
this problem can be solved if you connect your material (i think it means my software(the game), directly to the internet
or
if i set my router.
it says that i have to go
operation DMZ,connect gate,set nat, and other settings to the playstation 3.

i don't know what should i do.
any help i would be obliged.

i had same problem last year, but i ignored it. i want to play online though this year so i agree with the above. any help would be great.

my connection is wired if that helps.

ok anyone who reads this....

go to Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model - PortForward.com, find your router and follow the steps for PES2011 on PS3.

Then follow the steps on Guardianista Wiki: THE PES GUARDIAN LEAGUE

i just followed these and it worked fine. i cant really give more advice but i hope this helps
