On line help -UDP port 5730

I'm desperate to get the on line trophies out teh way but I keep getting 'unable to transmit using UDP port 5730' come up whenever I go online. If anyone can help me out then I'll gladly boost til the cows come home! (as long as the cows operate on GMT as I go bed at 12 so if they come home after that then they'll find themselves locked out).
I have the UK version of the game and a wireless BT internet connection.

you need to either set your router to dmz and allow your ps3 to use that, or you need to allow the port through your firewall.
