Underground fights?

Where are they? im in chapter 2 and dont think I have seen them.

During chapter 7 is the best time. At some point you be introduced to King for the second time, it seems that:

You need to earn $1000 in order to secure a place in the cell that contains the secret exit route. The only way you can earn $1000 in time is to fight off Bellick (the chief prison guard) and win. The fight will take place in the underground arena. Once you have beaten Bellick, you will be instructed to complete some other meaningless tasks. Instead, back-track to the main yard and you'll find King and his posse standing by one of the buildings. You can talk to him to arrange a fight or (if you wish) to purchase some tattoos. Either way, you'll have to fight a minimum of 50 underground fights in order to get the relevant trophy. You may also have to beat more if you are aiming for: Doesn't play well with others - Beat up 100 inmates on Shark difficulty. Mogul - Earn $5000. It is also an excellent place to try and earn the following trophies: Lightning Reflexes Insult to Injury

Do you just walk into the 'underground fights' during the story? i can't them or the tattoo bloke...

You'll be introduced to Underground Fights somewhere in the story.
Later on, if you have the ability to go to the jard, you can walk up the 3 guys behind the fence. (Ch7 would be the better option.)

You can do these in Chapter 1. As soon as you get back from stealing the meds (the qualification for getting into the fights) you can walk up to King and start the underground fights right there. You have to walk up to him and "Tattoo" and "Underground Fights" will come up as options.

There is a patch of game towards the middle (before Chapter 7) where you aren't in the yard for awhile so you can't do these. You can't do them at the beginning of Chapter 7, either. You have to win the $500, go and retrieve, and then hand it over to the officer.

Thanks for this... I've been wandering around the yard looking for King and I didn't want to miss doing this.
