Game Freezing ???

Hi guys
i'm my second playthrough the game is freezing after 14% from playing and I tried to turn off my PS3 then restart the game but also freezing in the same place any idea for fixing this thing ??

I was having an issue too where it always froze in the same spot. I deleted my game data (not save data) and it fixed the issue once it reinstalled again from the disc.

I thought mine froze, but he wound up falling thru the mesh into nothingness and then screamed, then just hovered there and screamed about 6 more times before he finally fell to his death. Weirdest glitch I've ever seen.
