Damn I always find a solution AFTER looking for help. You'll need to make you of the ice crystal to freeze time and get rid of all the enemies. Leave the trapper house on the upper right alone, no point in wasting time getting rid of it.

Make use of the various ice blocks above the dynamite to form barriers so you can push the dynamite horizontally to the right 1 step at a time.
