Leaving

I'm trying to leave Point Lookout before i finish the first quest (around about going to that guy's house)
can i leave or do i have to stay till the end?

You can leave but it'll cost you a fortune as you have to buy a new ticket each and every time you return until you've finished the final quest. After the final quest you will receive a particular item which means you never have to pay again.

You can it will cost you 400? per time but at the end if you talked to that one girl she will become the captain of the ship and you can go and leave at anytime.

400 caps ain't that much compared to how much I usually spend when buying ammo.

Ok so this may sound like a dumb question but how do I leave point lookout?

I have finished 'a meeting of the minds', tobar is now a pile of ash, I have my bit of brain back but when I talk to nadine all I can ask is "tell me about yourself" and "I have to go now" there is no option to leave and I have had my fill and am wanting to move on.

Don't you have to kill that boat guy? That's what I did and then I could leave. You have to find the daughter

Boat guy is dead and daughter is found and now in charge of the boat but still now joy at this rate I am just going to load an old save file from before i got to point lookout by I do not want to lose the levels I have gained

I'm not sure what you should do, Don't you have to sleep in the bed or something? I remember leaving by going to the bed or something. Try sleeping in the bed.
