A thought: Is it actually considered boosting, when earning the trophy doesn't require breaking the game mechanics, but instead playing skillfully enough? (Okay, maybe Easy Street is considered boosting if 2 of 4 players only fire once to get a 100% accuracy, but certainly not Noob Herder)?

You cannot boost this game for trophies at all. Getting 2 people with 100% and 2 shooting isn't easy at all. Boosting makes things easier. In this game you can earn a trophy quicker by boosting. All trophies take time and a lot of skill.
