back when i did easy street i was the only one at rep 145 and our lowest rep was 69 while the others were at 110 and 134. like ipsis said it depends on the players. to me is just about communication and patience. if you communicate well and work as a team it shouldnt be hard even if your not rep 145. although it would technically be more ideal for all the players to be 145 and if your going for plat you would need all that rep and more but its definitely doable even if not 145.

Hey...Looking for 2-3 good players at a high rank, over 100 if possible 145 would be better

Just need to complete 2 more heist's on overkill for the "Don't lose face"
