Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2: Chapter Challenge

I just completed chapter 8 on Master Ninja and got a Mentor rank for the first time ever. I completed the chapter in 10 minutes and killed almost every enemy with a UT. I did use both ninpo slots against Marbus and bought nothing from Muramasa. I was wondering when I complete and finally get MN rank, will the Mentor rank always remain in my statistics? Or does it get overwritten and come up with "Mentor: 0".

To answer ur question yes it does just remember to kill all enemies and spam Uts.
