Fishing Quests?

Hey, so i got the game last sunday, and ive been doing a lot of sidequests, i havent really gottten too far in the story. last thing i did was rescue the prince from that sand village called facade. anyways, when i was completing the fishing quests, i did the fifth one, and the 6th one still didnt unlock. did something glitch for me? ;x

I dont think it becomes available until part two.
