why does the online FREEZE!!!

60 fucking bucks... the game freezes every now and again... im stuck in the 1st i can hear the game going on but im playing goalie ..and the game is frozen..has this happen to anyone else?

I've just played 4 games online, and I've never run into the "freezing" problem.

However, few years ago, I have a game that crashed so often. Finally, I found out that it's because of the disc was scratched. After shipping back the game to EA and get a free new disc, everything is fine afterwards.

Why does the game freeze? its simple. this game was rushed and therefore, sucks ass. Well done EA. well done.

its the only game so far... and its not like i was 22 hours in ..i played for maybe 40 mins... but i was just wondering if this was common and there was a way to go about getting it fixed maybe its a patch coming out or do i gotta replace it

ea does piss me off..why after a game u cant stay with the same team you must quit the game...

i don't play online.

but mine keeps freezing anyway when playing solo against the cpu.
BAP to be excact.

usually during a replay.
i can still go to xmb though. just loosing all my stats. which is really annoying because im really fighting to make the playoffs with my team. so freezing a 3-2 lead is really hurting.

all the way into my ice hockey heart... to be poetic.

strange enough is that my main freezing problems come playing solo HUT <.<

EA certainly needs to patch some major issues here.

- SLOW load times- almost to the point of being unacceptably slow

- custom soundtrack glitch where it just doesnt play any music in the menus

- eternal loading screen at the start of EASHL games

- obviously in game freezes

- might be time for the flippin jets jerseys......


i can only imagine their are a ton more so lets to to it EA.... or else >:0

seems like the EA, tiburon etc. engines are all the same.
cause they seem to have eternal loading times when even starting the game.

some serious game core data has to be loaded for that to happen.
but it's not like it's the same always. .it's like 10 seconds one day, by the next restart it's 1 minute.. ???

8 games in a row now.

im gonna stop playing now.
basically claim my money back if that was possible.

Only freeze I've had so far is one of the more annoying ones: freezing on BAP while trying to PAUSE THE GAME. The pause menu never pops up, the camera just stays frozen on my player while the crowd and skating sounds continue to play. Can't do anything but back out to the XMB. Cleaning the disc seemed to help though since I haven't experienced it in quite some time.

But yeah, you'd think perhaps EA would maybe try to speed up load times by maybe doing some kind of mandatory install on the system. Wouldn't mind having to give up a few gigs of space if the game would be faster.
