Quick Way Perfect Launch

Is there a quick way, also is there some way to find out exactly how many you've done. I know 250 overall but im somewhere between 150-200 and not sure :P

No, just keep doing a small track until you get the epic badge.

Yup, no quick way. I was foolish and didn't bother focusing on them when I started playing the game so I had to do about 75 1 lap Hazyview Oval races to get this as my last epic badge.

Kind of sucked but there was no way around it.

Quick race on Hazyview Oval, no opponents 1 lap. When you get to the badge screen press Triangle to restart. It counts your launch and cuts down on load time significantly.

Thats what im currently doing its my last epic badge yet i'm only level 41, it takes forever to level up

If you want to level up quick do maximum opponents maximum laps on Hazyview Oval, you will get a ton of XP from overtakes and trading paint. You can do this and get quick launches while doing it. It will go very quickly.

This works then yes ? I didnt think it did so i kept reloading the race everytime.

it does work and i found leveling up to be easy i just did a drift event at the oval
haze view and set it to 20 laps i was getting about 20k for points a run

I tried this when I had the game but I couldn't set laps in a drift event..
