Anybody trying to get these trophies by joining and quitting squads over and over looking for a more active squad isn't going to help. You find an active squad by adding people to your friends list and asking them to play. There's no point waiting in a room hoping someone on your squad will join in for a game.

If everyone here joins the same squad your odds will increase.
