3 Pointers Made. I got 9 HOF requirements in one season and I only played 42 games than simmed the rest of the season. Than 2nd season I simmed than just played to the confrence finals and got my 10th.

It does not look like I am getting any skill points for the games that are simmed in between my key games that I play.I get the skill points for the key game I play but nothing else and if I foul myself out it gives me minus skill points so there is no way to ever gain skill points unless you actually play the games.I started my player at the very early part of when the game came out so I have no rookies and wrong rosters and it just sucks.I am too far to restart it and there is no way to get the rookies on my player.

You can still get skill points when simming when your player reached a certain milestone.

Try out the platinum boost roster (all players 25 rating). Got my Immortality trophy along with all the my player trophies within 5 days. I played half of my 1st season and basically simmed all the remaining 3 seasons. The trick here is to try and get your player to be really good as in 85 or above rating in your 1st season so that you can sim your next 3 seasons but still get good stats.

PS: Just like what the guide states, try and get your player to be traded to the Bobcats in your 2nd season. The Bucks is also a good option. (Just foul out of your key games, you'll still get good averages.)

I already am 3 seasons deep on my player and I am only a 75 overall.Question is if you sim with the boosted roster and I started over how would my rating go up to 85 if they dont give skill points on sim games and I fouled out on all played games?Without skill points you cant raise your rating.

You have to play around 30 games of your 1st season with the platinum boost roster. This way you can boost your "played games' stats" easily. average around 50 ppg 20 spg and a lot of 3s (PG is the easiest position with the platinum boost roster. And by simming the latter part of the 1st season can give you some milestones which are also sources of skill points. Just end your 1st season with at least an 80 rating. The next season can be rough as system generated rookies can go as high as 80+ rating.

I finished the rookie scrimmage with an (A) and went #15. what gives? So im going to restart

A lot of it depends on your stats in rookie game, and do you fit a need a team has. If the team has a solid center, no way will they draft another. Plus, how you answer your pre-draft questions.
