Surfin' USA Glitched?
I have mastered all tracks, it did not pop. I looked in my pins and im missing two for Boyscout. The two i need are both for mastering Pocono and Watkins.
Anybody have any idea or tips to make this pop up...or am i screwed and have to restart?

This trophy glitched on me near when it first came out....never felt like going back and trying again...only trophy I need for platinum....I got all the pins and you need all for mastering right?...stupid glitches

Try viewing your accomplishments in single player. Flip through all the tracks.
Exit back and view pins. Mine hesitated once I mastered the last track and I did the above and then they both popped. The track master and pin trophies . . .
