Zoom Raider Problem

As one of a very few gamers that can actually see the light at the end of the Pain tunnel(am currently only at 62%) I have been trying to go for the Zoom Raider trophy & as those of you who know what your doing know you have to find & "unlock" or blow up the path ways. So that is what I have been doing, just the other day I had 4 of the 6 (I think you need 6 right?) opened. I quit the game & came back hours later & all the passages were blocked off again! Have I done something wrong? I have watched the video for this trophy & that alone was painful. Would greatly appericiate some help on this please & thank you.

The passages are blocked in the default layout of the map. So if you reset the scene or quit they will be blocked again. Just open them up with separate launches and then go through them all in one launch, without resetting or quitting.
