Netflix Question

I just signed up for the free trial last night, and noticed tons of stuff is unavailable. It the trial limited or is it just because I'm in Canada.

Because you're in Canada, unfortunately. The media companies licensing agreements with Netflix generally only apply to the United States. Netflix has had a lot of trouble securing international licensing with most major movie studios.
