Did you buy yours at gamestop? If so the scorpion code should be on the receipt. I'm pretty sure all other codes come on a dlc card

Nope, unfortunately not. I pre-ordered mine from "webhallen", a Swedish website. Only code that came with my kollector's was on a dlc card
