Doesn't work. I have tried it.

Once you delete the creation and the redownload it will initially count as another download for the person but once you go back and check it goes back to the original number for downloads.

It also doesn't increase their exp any.

I am getting close though. Got about 20,000 exp to go. Sitting right at 80k.
