Yeah, it is. But there is a Melee counter, similar to the RX78-2's Melee Counter. This is where Cherudim does the 1 second TransAM and shoots with his pistols. I finally did it, pretty difficult to pull it off. But once you do it, the satisfaction is great. lol.
