not sure if this has been said or not, but for Road Warrior (Win 10 road games), I can confirm that you can save and quit a game if you are losing and keep reloading it until you win to keep your streak alive.

Apparently with the Bobbing For Apples trophy you can ricochet a ball hit for a homer off of the center field wall near where the Big Apple is and if it hits the apple on the rebound, you'll get the trophy. That's how I got it with Babe Ruth.

Finally got the platinum so I updated a few items. My method for Unassisted being the most important. The following story was from the Unassisted thread.

WHOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!

Finally got the platinum trophy.

Got it in my first game played in double A. I actually got it twice in the same game as I played to the end of the game to check out which sliders and such I was using. It's actually quite a interesting ride which I will share with you.

The one team I hate more than any is the Yankees. Yes, I'm one of those. But I figured most people who got this trophy probably selected the Yankees so I thought I would give it a try. My goal was to try to get every runner who got to first base to steal, that way it would be an easy line drive double play as I've twice had runners get back to first before completing the double play

I started a RTTS season and simulated until my pitcher was made a starter and took notice to which game he would first start. It turned out to be the Erie Sea Wolves which is Detroit's AA team. I then quit the RTTS and went back to the main menu and proceeded to edit EVERY player in Detroits minor leagues. Basically everyone except the Tiger starting lineup. I didn't want to take any chances with someone from single A being in the game or someone in AAA getting sent down. I then edited every single first baseman in the Yankee organization to have max fielding and reaction and edited all the catchers for max arm. This took about an hour. I saved all this and created a new RTTS and loaded this new roster save. Remember, you can't edit lineups once you've started a RTTS.

Once created, I simulated until I was made a starter. The goal was to pitch in the series against Erie April 30-May 2. I saved the RTTS and simulated until I was able to start one of the three games. I had to reload my save a few times because I didn't get made a starter in time.

Once I knew I was going to start in my targeted series I saved right beforehand. I was starting Sunday, May 2. I loaded up my sliders which where

CPU Max Solid Hits
CPU Minimum Power

Global Minimum Fielding Errors
Global Minimum Baserunner Speed
Global Max Fielder Run
Global Max Fielder Reaction
Global Max Steal ability and frequency

Now that I was in the game, I was ready to catch someone stealing, BUT, I screwed something up and no runners were stealing. I don't know where I screwed up. Probably giving the catcher to much throwing ability. I don't know. The only thing I knew is I spent an hour trying to get them to steal and not once did they.

Second inning. Runner on first, TWO OUTS. I got a line drive right on the bag. I knew I was close. Third inning, the miracle happened. Fourth inning, it happened again. I was getting a lot of line drives.

I only threw fastballs on the first base side of the strike zone. Didn't move up or down. Just tried getting strikes on that side of the plate. I did not have super pitch speed or break activated. I didn't have any trophy awards active. Didn't apply any points into any pitches.

I think it's best to do this in Double A because the few days I spent in the major leagues saw the batters hitting it over my head and down the line. In the minor leagues, they were hitting them low enough for me to catch them. The idea for being in the major leagues was the better defense ,but you can edit all first baseman in the organization before starting. Having a defensive stud at first base helped. He caught everything include diving grabs. Right handed batters line to the right side of the infield with fastballs outside. Edit the Erie team to have all right handed batters, something I didn't do but should help.

Sorry for being long winded. Getting this plat got me excited. Hope this helps someone. You may have to replay the game many times, but eventually you will get it.

Curious about a few things. One, can the lead you have for choker be 3? two, when does the trophy for choker pop? I only ask becasue I saved an in-game file in the top to the ninth, as the visitors leading 3-0. I walked the batters around and lost 4-3. No trophy ever popped up. I didn't go through the EXIT option on the game round-up screen, as I didn't want it to auto save (as this in in the middle of my Road Warrior Attempt). I was just kinda hoping I could get it to pop, then reload and go on the win my game. But if I have to EXIT out and go all the way back to the schedule screen then I need to know so I can just finish out the game with a win. Thanks

I believe you can have a 3 run lead. I don't remember when it pops but I think it was while loading back to the schedule. I turned off the auto save feature just for reasons like this. It's much easier to back out of the RTTS without saving than it is to quit out of the game entirely.

I would recommend that you just finish your Road Warrior trophy and then go back to that save.

Looks like I will have too to be sure, since auto save is on and all.

The trophy pops before you exit the game. I had a similar issue and here's why, you have to bring in your closer after you load the game. If you bring in your closer, save the game, then reload it, it won't pop. Its a silly glitch, but you have to bring in your closer after the load, so next time save it in the 8th.

K thanks for that. cause Obviously I saved after I brought him in. Thanks again.8th. Re

Alright, I did it this way. And it worked. Saved in the 8th, reloaded played to the ninth and brought in the closer. Blew the game, and the trophy pops right after the home team starts celebrating on the field.

just a question, for curiousity sake. has anyone seen the Rob a Homerun trophy pop is they didn't do it? I only ask, because since unassisted pops up when you are the pitcher, I was thinking maybe so will Rob a Homerun will too??? I haven't seen it, and I have expect it to NOT work anyways, just thought I would see if someone can verify.
