How do you download the free map?

I've had trouble entering rooms to get the T Mobile trophy and every time I enter Downloadable Content, nothing seems to show up and I don't know why. Anyone mind helping me with my problem or providing me alternative? Anyway I can download from a PC or PSN Store?

The map is downloadable from the Store only.
It's a big download at 1.4GB
