I have a question regarding Paz's Thoughts trophy.
I'm doing AI fights for PW legs currently, and I got numerous Paz tapes form AI pod by now. But when I went to get that trophy only 9 of the tapes in mission brief appears. And for the last 10,15 fights when i pull the tape it says at the end screen it's the no.10 tape, so i should have all of them ofcourse. Am I doing something wrong maybe? I got tape no. 3 or 4 in CO OP pulled by another player while he was in AI pod, maybe that's the time something glitched? EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. Didn't look in lower sections, only under PAZ. ![]() Great guide.

Great guide, it's been very useful so far. And I doubt I would have found certain hidden trophies, like these two;
Quote:
Funnily enough, "farming" those game overs took a whole lot longer than getting those 100 rolls. They should have switched the descriptions; "You roll around far too often" & "Don't you have better ways to waste your time than by getting 50 game overs?" ![]() (I wonder if this is Kojima's way of mocking lame trophies, lol) Not much else left to do other than Extra Ops and Multiplayer stuff (which I plan to do for a change, there's only 3 of them anyway). Even so, this is still gonna take a while...

Hey dude I used your guide currently to plat the game so thankyou it help quite a bit but now my friend is doing it and using your guide and we noticed you missed out that one of the requirements for Zadornov to escape for the 7th time you also need to have two parts of your mother base at level two but just to be sure it works I got all 4 parts to level 2.
Also you might want to specify that when you are killing the Rathalos in extra op mission 121 that the wings do not fall off as I was misguided thinking it was like the tail. If you are able to add this information it would help people in the future as they will not get misguided by it either and won't be sitting there wondering why they can't get Zadornov to escape for the 7th time.

I would love to see some tips about how to get high camaraderie in extra ops, spent about three hours playing with a forum member and we got about 2000 points in total.
I've heard people saying they've been getting 400 points per mission, we could only get 150 most of the time and we tried numerous different things to improve that. It's crazy, things like reviving and healing teammates have no real impact on the overall score. We even tried using the 2-player cardboard box in missions, still didn't improve our scores. Tried loads of things that would be considered teamwork but never improved our scores, apart from twice when we got 270 but that was completely random. I know you can more easily achieve high scores in Versus, but again we tried and could never find a game. And no-one joining the game we created, so frustrating. Wouldn't be so bad if you could just play the game, but as you're restricted to 50 players in your history you have to focus on playing with the same people. |

I'd be happy just going from mission to mission, providing help for people who need it. But you can't even do that with the restricted history of people played with. Anyway I'm sure I'll get it in the end. |

I reached 20000 camaraderie just by playing VS ops, just find a group and keep playing with them. I think 3-4 hours should be enough, if you can play with the same players, of course.

Yeah, I got that trophy through Versus Ops too. I'm guessing the host I stumbled upon was set up specifically for grinding Camaraderie, so I was probably lucky to get the Vic Vos trophy so easily (I ended up with 37000+ Cmrdr).
The host basically had things set up like this; Deathmatch -- 30 rounds (!) -- 1 minute per round/5 kills per round Those rounds were over very fast and you'll just earn lots and lots of Cmrdr like this. Capture -- 30 rounds (!) -- 1 minute per round A bit slower because after 1 minute your team still needs to score a win by keeping the quetzal at your base long enough, but of course, with 30 rounds you'll still be earning lots and lots of Cmrdr. I was also lucky enough that several of these random players stayed for quite a while. And even when they don't, with so many rounds, as long as the host stays you'll be earning a lot of Cmrdr with that person alone. This awesomely awesome host made getting the Vic Vos trophy very simple for me (thank you!). If you're gonna do it through Versus Ops, it's probably a good idea to look for a host with a similar setup. They're most likely grinding for Camaraderie themselves (I'm guessing for that 1,000,000 Cmrdr Insignia).

Could you modify he Costume Collector trophy because you dont get the Swim trunks and Bikini by simply completing all Main and Extraops.
You actually have to replay the Paz and Miller dating missions as Snake. Start with Paz and pickup the Swimtrunks on the pier. Then wearing the Swimsuit, date Miller and pickup the Bikini on the pier again. I am still not sure if you need to complete all missions for them to appear. |
