help with the parrot

Well, I killed the end in his battle not early in the warehouse, and I did't kill the parrot during his battle.. So is there anyway to catch him later?
It says in wikia that it will appear again during the sorrow battle, can anybody confirm that?

"If the player didn't kill it in Sokrovenno, it will appear in Tikhogornyj after the battle with The Sorrow. It will be perched on a branch of a tree facing the right side of the waterfall across the pool. They player must keep their distance, as it will fly away if spooked, and may not return."

i believe it is at the sorrow but i don't think you have any guns to get it so i think he's right

You can still get the parrot after you kill/tranq The End. Immediatlly after the cutscene equip your Thermal Goggles and scan the area. You'll find the parrot nearby perched on a log or rock. I don't know if you will be able to find it if you leave the area though.

If you end up doing another playthrough, it's easiest to find the bird after the first cutscene. Put the Thermal Goggles on and look to you right. The parrot will be on a tree stump. Even if you kill The End early, the bird will be in the same spot.

the parrot appears in the beggining area of sokrovenno south on a log. no matter what. even if you killed him. just go back there if you can. otherwise you can NOT get him later. hes a ghost in the sorrow river..

I played on very easy and the parrot did appear on the log in the beginning area. When I played on normal, the parrot was sitting on the corner of the ammunition shed, so check there too. And you can get him even if you let The End die of old age.

yeah, thats where i got the parrot in my normal playtrough. too bad i wasnt trying to get king of the jungle right now
